The meeting thoroughly discussed current issues related to the institute’s activities, preparations for the academic process, and upcoming priorities. Reports from the responsible officials were heard on the matters included in the agenda. In particular: the current status of the work carried out to prepare for the institute’s upcoming accreditation processes; the organization of an “Introduction to the Credit Education System” week for students and the complete placement of educational content in the HEMIS information system; a review of the special seminars held for the institute’s faculty members on the effective organization and implementation of the educational process based on the credit-module system; holding the “Student Induction” and “First-Year School” events at a high level for students admitted to the first year; the work carried out and available opportunities for accommodating students in the institute’s Student Dormitory and rental housing; employment indicators of graduates of the 2025/2026 academic year by faculty, the current status of their employment, as well as various other important issues.
